It all began with a carne asada gathering for the Cruz family at La Cienega Park in Los Angeles, CA. The tradition of enjoying carne asada on a weekend was rare but was cherished by all when we return to gather at our local spot. Joel couldn't help but notice a bustling food truck nearby, sparking a dream within him to one day run his own. Inspired by this, Genaro suggested the idea of having Oaxaca Cuisine on Wheels. Together, the two brothers embarked on a new culinary adventure in 2014.
